At the start of each week, you can write short intentions for your Matters. They’re not tasks – they’re reminders from your better self. Visible all week, they help you stay anchored in what really matters.
3. Reflect once a week
Every Sunday, your Rating Window opens. You rate each Matter (1–5), reflect on your week in writing (optional), and set a new intention for the coming week. By Monday noon, the window closes – and your next cycle begins.
